SBS Glue is made with up to date technology, the main body of this product is high polymer material. It has good properties such as high strength, innocuity, high solid content, low viscosity, esay application and good initial grab. It is widely used for decorative plates, like aluminum-plastic board, fireproof board, plywood board, wood board, rubber and so on.

It can be used by brush, roller coater, notched trowel, air spray (hot or cold), airless spray (hot or cold), curtain coater and so on.

Application

1.       The surfact to be bonded should be clear, no oil, dirt,etc.

2.       Mix the glue uniformly, brush the adhesive to the two contacted surfact, wait for 10 to 25 minutes, then press and agglutinate.

3.       Because of the high initial grab, Contacting should be finished at one time, then press, do not move after contacting, or the performance will be influenced.

Drying time: 10-25 minutes (25 degree)

Shelf life:18months.
